K-5 Grade Music Why is a piano so hard to open Music Lesson by Mrs. Carol Louise Moore

TIME FOR ANOTHER...

Time for another MUSIC Kidsongs Joke Day
To help chase the BLUES away.

What "KEYS" am I really talking about?

Yes, there are pianos that when you close the lid,
you can actually lock it with a real KEY.

Did you know that piano KEYS are made of ivory?

How many keys are there on a piano?
The answer is 88 (52 white keys and 36 black keys)

Click here to find out why pianos have 88 keys.

How many musical letters are there
in the musical alphabet?
The answer is 7 starting from the middle C,D,E,F,G,A,B or you can start from A and end with G. This is also called an octave, when you go through all 7 notes to get to the next octave.

What is the letter of the middle key on the piano?

The answer is the middle "C".

Meanwhile
So, stay tuned for MOORE fun videos by me
for the kids to have fun singing along too.

Sincerely,
 Mrs. Carol Louise Moore
